Nextcloud Access & Login

Answers for signing in, using the temporary password, and resetting your cloud password.

Use the Owner Nextcloud Access section inside your Vault portal. It shows your Nextcloud login URL, username, and temporary password.
Your temporary password is shown in the Owner Nextcloud Access section in the Vault portal. It is not normally emailed.
Go to your Nextcloud login page and click Forgot password. Enter your username or email address and follow the reset instructions. If your temporary password is still visible in the Vault portal, you can also try signing in with that first.
No. Your Vault portal and your Nextcloud cloud account are separate systems. Vault manages your subscription and account settings, while Nextcloud is where your files, folders, and sharing tools live.
Common reasons include an incorrect username, an old temporary password, a new account still finishing provisioning, or needing to reset the password using Forgot password.
After your first sign-in, it is a good idea to change your password, review your account settings, and begin uploading or organizing your files.
